My wife and I used to be members of the "Y" and I have to say I miss it hearing that podcast. Excellent points about the effects a membership can have on one's overall well being. Also, the impact of preventive measures on the health care/obesity crisis in both this county and nationwide is probably limitless. Perhaps I can dig down deep to find a couple of bucks extra each month to keep my heart from giving out to all those burgers...
